Just been to see Santa at the Grotto and it was so much fun. The grotto was very cosy and magical with lots of lights and Christmas themed large and little decorations. Santa was so lovely with my boys and very friendly. I’d like some of Santa’s youth serum for Christmas please lol.
The elf who found us before Santa was excellent and very cheerful. He played a fun treasure hunt with the kids whilst we waited our turn. All the staff were wonderful and made our Christmas Eve great. Will be back next year.

The kids enjoyed visiting Santa, hosted by the garden centre. Staff were lovely, kids were very pleased to have a good chat with Santa.

recently visited here and, unfortunately, my experience was far from the reality. I had high expectations for this visit. However, the reality was quite different.

Firstly, the garden’s collection was almost non-existent. I was expecting a diverse range of plants and flowers, but what I found was a poorly maintained space with very little variety. There were hardly any unique or interesting specimens, which was quite disappointing for someone who loves plants,shrubs.

Moreover, the overall maintenance of the garden was subpar.Overall, I would not recommend visiting Roy’s of Wroxham Garden Centre. if you are looking for a well-curated and maintained garden experience. There are many other gardens that offer a much richer and more enjoyable experience. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the collection and maintenance, as the potential for a beautiful garden is certainly there.

Roy's garden centre is pretty good for garden basics, compost of legend, lots of bird foods, solar lights, pots etc. It's not massive but the range is decent with a good range of options and price range. King Fisher range is cheap but doesn't tend to last long. They don't pay their staff very well, especially the younger ones but they are very helpful and polite.

Good selection of plants. Their Roy's compost is a winner being competitively priced and without the coarse fibres you get in cheaper composts sold elsewhere. Good selection of bird food and bird feeders too.

Helpful staff took time to help with my inquiries. Good old fashioned customer service . The fact that Roy's seems to employ more mature staff than most places shows in the knowledge and patience provided by the staff.

One place of many you must visit they supply everything you can think of at VERY reasonable prices clean stores helpful staff thanks to them we got everything under one roof
