My wife and I have always supported this shop and the charity,we love the new lay out of the shop.
We called in last Friday and made several purchases, we were chatting with a very nice lady the other side of the shop who also worked there when the other woman that worked there was extremely rude and started screaming and shouting at us shouting at the three of us to shut up,the mad woman doing the shouting had a problem with her foot we won't be going in that shop again until that woman has been removed.

Went along for the first time today after being recommended by friends. The vet, Chris, was lovely and the nurse and reception staff were all wonderful. What a gem of a clinic which makes care for our pets more affordable for those of us on low incomes. Everyone in the waiting room was friendly and full of praise for everyone who works at the clinic. Wanted to express my thanks and highly recommend the team.

There are bargains here but you have to work to find them.The shop is quite compact so can seem(and is) crowded. However staff do their best and it's for a good cause and rarely do I leave empty handed.

I often donate goods always washed and clean clothes shoes etc go to the trouble of taking the time to travel to the shop using my car I could give to nearer shops but have always favoured this one as I am a big lover of animals, today Friday 11march 3ish I dropped some things off a bed spread and some clothes, shoes etc it was quite a heavy bag I carried it up the road as there was no were to park as usual , I was greeted by an elderly lady tallish with silver grey hair she really laid into me before I could open my mouth, she barked at me what’s this what have you got there were having a refurb we don’t want anything, I replied why don’t you let people know in that case , she once again barks at me there’s a notice by the till give me the things I’ll take them , she was extremely rude and needs to know that people donate for the animals not for her , I have always had a chat and a laugh with the lovely volunteers in the shop but this lady was horrible in my opinion she shouldn’t be there I hope I don’t see her again I’ll just turn around and go some else, I’m sorry I’ve had to complain but I was so upset I felt I had to
