As the only place to properly shop in the town of Burton Latimer, there is no other choice. Unfortunately.
Fresh fruit and veg is often bad before it enters your basket.
Good thing is the staff are always really smiley and helpful when needed. Though when talking personal matters, they really ought to be aware of their surroundings.
Very rarely out of stock on items which is fabulous.
Plastic wrapping needs to be minimalised a little more on their own items like the bakery.

Only rating it 3 stars because they often appear to be short staffed, therefore it takes a while to get help when using the self checkout due to them not always being supervised. Apart from that it's a small, convenient store to stop at after work.

Everything in this store is set up completely backwards. Incredibly short staffed and only ever see the self serve tills open.

Popped in for cigarettes and a meal deal which included a drink that required approval (monster energy)

Waited at cigarette kiosk until someone notices you there then go through the barriers, and have to wait again at the self serve for approval to walk back around past the kiosk once more.

Found on the main High Street.
Basically the store needs to be bigger to cope with all of its needs.
It's the main one for the town and pretty small.
Sometimes not enough parking.
It does have a bakery.
Till staff not always on the tills, and when they are a smile wouldn't go a miss !!

Excellent staff, but limited range of goods and fresh veg often sold out, so you cannot rely on them.
The worst thing is that the disabled parking spaces are consistently taken by selfish able-bodied people.

Welll today was my last visit to Sainsbury's in burton latimer, as they now have a ramp as you drive in that can't be avoided and scraps the inside of your car and nearly rips your exhaust of ,what the hell ,why is there a speed pampas you drive in there,have people really been driving in the entrance at 100 miles an hour or something absolutely not needed ,and I will be having the underneath of my car checked over Tomorrow and if there is any damage I will be taking Sainsbury's to court personally absolutely unbelievable, if you value the underside of your car and the exhaust I'd stay WELL CLEAR of this place absolute joke

This is my local. It doesn't have everything we need, but it is still a good store.
The staff are generally friendly and it's good for a quick shop.
