Arrived 15 minutes before 8pm booking in time slot, went to goods in given bay 20 under canopy and had 52 pallets on started tipping before I'd finnished opening other side after asking my permission I was done within 30 minutes and that was was with me walking back to get paperwork after being tipped, very impressed, wish all your sights were like this.

Quick tipping, able to wait in the cab or if you wish can go upstairs to the canteen.

It's ok this one. Sometimes when getting a bay the morning girl will rather do her paperwork for 15 mins then sort out the 5 drivers standing in front of her. Doesn't make a lot of sense. Gives us a bay and sort the paperwork out when we all gone. Toilets could use an upgrade. Company makes billions and spends pennies on its toilets for the workers and drivers. I'm guessing management toilets are pretty nice?

Awful place to tip , 1/12 hour wait for bay then nothing happens from 12.35 till 2-20 , absolutely no rush or information given just told to basically wait , one toilet , no vending machines , typical badly run rdc

Its gone down hill to tip at now. Took 3 hours to unload half a trailer to then fimd broken jars of sauce, broken glass and wet noodles that have been spilt in yge back of the trailer. Put it back on bay to get it cleaned and then only picked up the produce. Left the broken glass and all spilage liquid still in the trailer.. you guys really need to sort it out. Its getting worse each week

As Sainsbury's distributon centres go this is the best one I have been to.
Container tip on way to docks. 45min total. Friendly security and lady in goods in couldn't be more helpful and got a sense of humour which is like hens teeth today 😀 . A thumbs 👍 up from me.
