Sallco Tools is one of the few companies that still provide true customer service. Even though there is no website, they answer the phone promptly and are always helpful.
I have used them for several years for various garden equipment and they have always fixed the machine promptly and at a fair price. That hasn't been the case with other local companies.
I have a lot of respect for their engineers and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I recently used them for a warranty repair and from start to finish it was great service. I would highly recommend them over others as I had previously sent the same tool away with a different company and after two weeks the same problem would occur. After being recommended by a friend, I sent the guys at Sallco my Hitachi router for repair. There was good communication throughout explaining the issue and the giving a price to fix it before the work was carried out. Just a week or so later it was returned as good as new. I'm so pleased, I'm going dig out all my old knackered tools and send them all for repair.
Lets see how they get on with them! ; -) thanks again.... good job!

Not too happy with this place now as took in a nail gun for repair as red light was flashing on it. Received a phone call a few days later saying it had been fixed so I collected it and payed just over £50. Tried using it couple days later and still the same problem. Returned to the shop where they put their own battery in it and it worked fine. So it was my battery that was faulty which is fine but why charge me over £50 saying it had been repaired when there was nothing wrong with it

Great service from sales chap, fixed my tools for a right deal. A little More expensive then some larger places for power tools. However, service and staff make that an easy pill to swallow when it's your lively hood.
