Went to get groceries this morning at 9:00 am, the same time I did other times and was told I have to wait until after 10:00am to use my card. I have been a member since October 2023 and have never had that issue. I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and will be seeking other options in the future.

I showed up at the wrong location and I wrote that I was at pick up in parking 1. After a few minutes I realize through my credit card that they just handed my order to someone else. No i.d (which they say is required) or questions. Smh. Now they won't answer so they can fix this.

The Staff is not helpful and they seems bothered because you’re trying to figure out the maze, items online says many in stock and when you get there, there’s nothing in stock. Some items are scattered around the store, like the bottled water and how things are constantly moving around the store. . Thats been my experience for 15 years, but I still purchase the plus membership like a loyal customer.

Please avoid this place for Tires Ordered tires after 4 days I went by at 11 to install there was 1 Car 4 people were work I was 3rd in line Isiah the Front desk was very calm and understanding He said it will take 4.5 hrs I explained that there r 4 people working one 1 Car and he can’t tell them so I asked him to call Patrick the General Manager he called 3 times in 30 minutes and Patrick never responded.
Finally I asked one of the Staff for Patrick and they told me he is standing by the Furniture I go there Greet him and explained him the situation and we been waiting for him 30 minutes to talk to ... he said he can only do so much he is very busy returning my Money infact advised me to go to Costco that’s where Iam going.
I do shop often here since it’s closer to my business Veronica .. Maria Ochoa r very helpful however overall Most of the time Service is very slow which is understandable however for a Manager to avoid and hid something Sams Vlub need to address..
