Awful! Please avoid for parcel collection!... And maybe everything else...
I received notification from royal mail that a parcel was delivered and is ready for collection. When I arrived I was told they do not deal with royal mail, even though I had email proof I was told to go check another shop which I did. Royal mail were able to confirm date and time it was delivered to the shop so I went back a second time and the shop owner said that he did not accept it but maybe his employee did but she wasn't in that day and I should check another day.... How dodgy is that! I thought for sure my parcel had been stolen at this point.
Went home and was about to start a refund request process when I received another email that a parcel was ready for collection. I went there for the third time and the very same shop owner handed me my parcel, no apologies for messing me around or lying to my face about not being a pick up point. I really hope they close, seems like everyone else is having these issues by reading the comments.

Don’t expect any parcel collection to be there. Was told it must be a different courier and parcel wasn’t there despite having a photo proving it had been dropped there. When I pointed out it was behind her feet she started getting angry surprisingly enough. Like a child being caught with their hands in the cookie jar

Extremely rude, had the package there but insisted it was a fed ex and not an Evri. Until proved wrong and threw the package at my husband. I will avoid if possible !!!

Doesn't deserve one star...Went to drop a parcel and waited for shopkeeper to notice me as she was stocking shelves. I eventually said hi and she looked around and said one minute. She then just ignored me for 3-4 minutes. I even went back to my car and came back in but she hadn't bothered to serve me. I eventually got fed up and said 'hello' a little louder. She came over with a nasty attitude saying 'it's only a parcel'. Incredibly rude stating that because I am dropping off 'just a parcel' I deserve to be treated so poorly and made to wait. I will not use them again.

The woman who served me was lovely, however when I did get my bank statement back at the end of the month it showed an extra £7 had been taken out of my account when originally I was only meant to pay a couple of pounds for a birthday card.. No receipt was even offered to me so I didn’t see this. Not impressed.

Prices here are borderline criminal. Paid it, but the good news is, I'll never spend a penny here again. Surprised they still exist with the Co-Op nearby. I only went here instead of the Co-Op because I was walking right past the door.

Awful experience with the lady shopkeeper! Very rude and unhelpful! I was also charged 50p for the Collect+ label "sticky tape" ... when Collect+ confirmed to me in writing that Sanderz were provided with clear self adhesive wallets to put the paper labels into! Go figure!?!?
Having spoken to the shop keeper she explained that she had run out of these FREE wallets ... surely as you are representing Collect+ it's your responsibility to ask Collect+ for more wallets and not penalise the customer! I will take my custom elsewhere in future.

Use for collect plus collection and return.
1) supposed to stay open until 9pm, drove all the way there and arrived by 8.45pm and they were closed
2) their print return label service they use receipts so you cannot stick to parcels, but they happen to sell sticky envelopes for 50p
3) tried to return multiple parcels, lady said they wouldn't scan even though when scanning again, it said 'already scanned'. Had to explain the logic to her
