From the moment we walked into the shop to choose the fire all the staff were very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. We then had Jay and Josh install the fire very tidy workers. The fire looks stunning and it’s made such a difference compared to our old wood burner it’s much more efficient and warmer.I would recommend they were brilliant.

Absolutely faultless experience from sandpits. We unexpectedly had to replace our log burner and after having approached a number of companies and receiving a lot of negativity we finally spoke to sandpits.

Tom in the showroom had a can do attitude and resolutions to all the complications other installers had pointed out.

Our fitting team arrived on time, were very accommodating and did everything they could to maintain the aesthetic of our fireplace whilst creating room for the required insulated pipes.

Price was extremely competitive, would recommend to anyone. Go here first, save yourself a headache.

I was recommended to Sandpits by two separate people, and I had the best service in every way. Yesterday, my wood burning stove was fitted and I'm absolutely thrilled. The men were courteous and very polite. They took great care of my furniture, covering the floor and everything with special cloths.

Very straightforward to deal with. I phoned and arranged for them to look at our fireplace and hearth what we wanted changed, they advised on a range of woodburners that would suit which we then saw at their showroom. They quoted for the installation and building work we needed done and arranged to come within weeks to do the work. Their building and installation team dealt with unforeseen issues and were very professional and informative. We have a woodburner!

Well, I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company who employs so many lovely people. All staff, without exception, were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. Little challenges and requests were met with a smile and the quote was honoured despite a few changes of plan. Love my new fireplace and log burner!

If you want something doing right, you go to the right people, and that's why we chose Sandpits again.

Andrei walked us around every log burner in their amazing showroom and helped us pick what we were after. He then came out a week later to do the Survey. No pressure through any of this and a great explanation of each step and rough cost.

Ashley and James then turned up to do the installation. Great couple of lads and the work they have produced is top notch. They even completely dust covered the room before working and cleaned up after each day. Nothing was too much hassle for them.

The Comms from Dannii and the guys via email has also been prefect and really quick in response.

We are so pleased with our burner, now time to decorate and get on with the rest of the house. Which might involve another trip to Sandpits once the extension is done.
