Ok so it’s not easy to find but it’s certainly worth the Sat nav / drive. We bought two clematis at £13 each. Today we were in a garden centre and they were £20 each. We were impressed by the selection, health / quality of plants. The owner(?) an older gentleman was attentive to help us select appropriate shrubs & in getting a trolley for us for plants which he didn’t need to do but did so out of his good nature. Oh and there’s a garden centre cat which was perfect 🙂

Being new to the area and never having a garden before I came to Sandy Lane for a mooch and to be honest I was scared to ask any of staff a question in case it was a silly question!!! Well none of my questions or myself were made to feel silly and now my garden is on its way to looking beautiful!!! All the staff work soooo hard but always have time to help .. I am rubbish with names but one of the nice fellas who works there Is a “ bluenose” apart from that he’s fantastic but the one who I’m always chuffed when I get there is Jackie .. what she doesn’t know about gardens isn’t worth knowing… what a little nugget of gold she is to that business… oh and don’t start me on the prices 😳😳😳 how can the likes of B&Q charge the silly prices that they and people still go there .. madness !!! oh and I mustn’t forget the tall dark haired lad … if you are thinking of starting to grow your own veg … he’s the man that can .. he’s proper top draw that lad😃 Now it’s fair to say from my review I love this place and for the life of couldn’t imagine not loving this place ..5* or 10/10
