The man at the store is very unpleasant. I will never go into this store again. They have an option to send packages but either they don't have stickers to print for more than a week or they have too many packages and no longer take any more. When asked if I can come back tomorrow the guy replies in an unpleasant tone that he doesn't know when the driver will come to pick up the packages. They are the only store in Selby that takes parcels from Yodel. I think that the shipping companies should consider changing to a store where the owner and employees know how to fulfill their responsibilities since they are the only store in the town center where you can either send or receive parcels like Yodel.

Comically rude, wouldn’t use ever again for parcels. Told me it was no good for me to pick it up 3 days after it had been delivered and he claimed I was free yesterday to collect it and asked why I didn’t come earlier ? had to tell him to hand it over so I could leave. collected a parcel when a lady was working and she wasn’t much friendlier, told me I needed photo ID so had to back home. Shop is also terribly stocked
