Friendly staff, nice little store to visit. Plenty of parking. I used click & collect, order was waiting for me when I entered the store. Would recommend.

I was in earlier today while some rude electrician was mouthing off at a employee called Harry for a problem with the app (clearly not his fault). Dealt with him professionally, good work for not having a pop back. I would have done in his position.

The app provides the best possible shopping experience plus speedy collection when you arrive at the store. When you arrive go into the app and find the order. Click I am here and collect in store without queuing. Perfect

Always excellent and friendly service in the Cirencester branch. The same today, when the perfect replacement bulb for a very old sensor light was found really quickly.

About as good as it gets. Good service, helpful and flexible. Always read their text messages. It could save a journey if the item you ordered will be in tomorrow ! !
