This is the first and last time I have used Screwfix. I called in to get a plastic seal and chrome cover for my shower basin. Put the old ones onto counter so the assistant could check size. Assistant said "would you please not put your things on the counter as I'm very particular about my counter". Please note that both items were clean and dry. This comment to a 74 yr old lady was not only rude but humiliating. Never in all my years using DIY stores have I been spoken to like that. In any event the items were not available and was told I needed to replace the whole drain unit!! I subsequently left and found the items I needed in a local hardware store for a few pounds.

Newly opened store giving great customer service and friendly greeting making you welcomed plus receiving a 10% discount being anew branch.
Got myself a good deal today. Everything you want a great prices too! Be aware as newly opened parking slightly smaller due to some parking bays being used for promotion although we had no problems today (Thursday 7th Feb 18)

Very good staff. Friendly and helpful. I accidentally ordered a drill driver to the wrong store, they rang the other store and sorted my mistake in no time flat. Really good service.
