Seamoss Trapper -

Pretty disappointed with the customer service. Sold me 4 jars, 1 month worth of product, during a fest that I discovered at home all had an expiry date in a week. Got told via messages that I should freeze it, not really the convenience I was sold on. Didn't offer a refund or apology. Never again. Product is good so it's a shame

I remember when I used to buy from seamoss trapper back when he only had a relatively small instagram account, no website and a small variety. So proud to see this company grow, the quality of products has always been outstanding from the beginning to now. Customer service is always amazing, kind souls making kind products to us all.
