We’ve had super service previously from Carl at Searle’s with carpet fitting. We recently decided (with excellent info and guidance from Carl), to have solid wooden flooring laid in our small narrow hallway. Beautiful floor and outstanding service. Carl is passionate about doing a great job and making sure that everything is done right. Andy was a pleasure to have working in the house doing the fitting (and, like Carl, worked very hard to make sure that it looked just right). We’ve had carpets from Carl for many years and having the wood floor fitted was just as good an experience as having the carpets. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience working with Carl. From start to finish, we got the best customer service, advice, support and always going above and beyond.

As someone who doesn't know a thing about floors, Carl guided us throughout the whole process. He installed wooden floors and carpets upstairs and they look amazing. We were also very indecisive customers and he managed to put up with us ha.

His team is also superb as we got the amazing Chris helping us for a couple of days. We are very happy with everything

We wanted go a bit further with our stair and landing refurbishment,.
Thanks to Hargreaves and Monkhouse for the fine joinery and glass balustrades, Neil Perry for the immaculate decoration and Searles Carpets for the final carpet finish

Advice on how best to create the best configuration of stair with a contrasting edge all helped towards a great result.
