Probably one of the tidiest service stations I've visited to date, a well deserved 5 ⭐ for this. All valeting equipment seemed in working order although slightly pricey but aren't most nowadays. Disabled parking, also disabled WC of decent size, gentleman's WC clean and actually smelt fresh, ATM was in working order also has two self service checkouts that work! The inside store was clean and tidy and had a wide range of food/Snacks and drinks. 3 Costa' machines in working order and if purchasing a drink from any of the machines then try not to forget to retrieve the ticket from the top right side of the machine as the teller needs this for your payment, it is a long way back to the machine if you forget this!! Pleasant staff great store. Thanks for the experience I will visit again without a doubt.

Used this place to change my baby. The ladies toilet says "female and baby change" however there is no where to change a baby in there unless you are happy to do this on the floor (which I am not). The disabled toilet however does have a baby change unit (which was filthy) decided to just change my daughter in the car. Not very convinient!!

The staff are incredible in a crisis. The calm compassion and kindness they showed to my family and I at the weekend, when my little boy had a massive seizure can never be repaid. I was a complete mess and they helped to keep my family and I calm whilst we waited for the ambulance. Special thanks to a young lad called Will (I think), who stayed with us and looked after us and took the time to chat to my other child to make him less anxious.

Face Masks Donot Apply In the Garage/Shop

I have been into this garage to use Sub Way several times this week at around 8.45am 9.00am. Each time there have been a number of Workman (the same workman) in the Subway Store not wearing face masks. The disgrace is that not one member of staff said anything to these people and served them. In the middle of a Pandemic Sewells obviously puts profit first. Please sort yourselves out and apply the rules like most other retailers do!
