All perfect, the mattress has got the best quality and very affordable, unique TV stand and the coffee table we ordered based on the picture, made me surprised! The thing I like about SDF is that they don’t try to sell you more than you want nor do the look to add extras like leather protection and or worthless insurance. I came here to order 2 mattresses and an ottoman bed frame with a headboard. I was then told I would be able to get it all assembled for free as I had spent quite a bit of money so on my receipt it said for the people who came to deliver it to assemble it. However when they came they did not do this however I didn’t want ti cause an issue so I left it thinking I would be easy enough to do myself. When doing this there were lots of little bits and bobs and I couldn’t figure out how to do this so I came back and the man nicely offered to have them come back a fix it. On a side note completely my fault but I did forget to do this sooner after they came the first time but the man there had not issue with this. 2 men came and I heard them saying horrible things about me saying things like “omg they don’t even have their receipt” and “the bed it filled with stuff how ridiculous”. I’m regards to the receipt when I booked for them to come back I was going to come back to show proof that I paid but the man said it was fine and booked me in anyway so I didn’t think I’d have to show the receipt when they came so I hadn’t looked for it. Then with the bed being full all they had to do was ask if I could take everything out I would’ve taken max 5 mins to do. Also I had already mindfully emptied my room the best I could as it was small so it’s not like I wasn’t considerate and overall they could’ve just asked for it to be moved. Ultimately it was extremely rude to have someone in your own house saying horrible things. Will never come here again after that service.
