Shurgard Self Storage Eastbourne

I have used this storage facility for about 3 years and started when it was run by LoknStore. It is very accessible,easy to park and the staff are polite and helpful.I would particularly like to mention Alex who I have found to be very helpful, clear in explaining and has a helpful manner with clients. Staff are generally available and efficient.

Me and my partner had never used self storage before but we have been impressed with the service and quality of the units. They are completely secure and damp free and there was always a member of staff available if we needed help. Andrea was particularly helpful when it came to us removing our things from the unit and closing our account. We will definitely be back in the future!

I’d never used self storage before but these guys made it easy. Alicia was really friendly and gave us all the info we needed. I felt happy that my stuff was safe and secure. Would recommend.

I moved in on 13/9/24 - it couldn't have gone smoother. Easy to sign in, easy to access the unit and very helpful staff. Not one negative. Bravo!!

I walked in at 345 on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend after a stressful day to enquire about a unit and Alicia was so helpful, had an amazing attitude and really brought happiness to a tough day. She went through everything, wasn’t in a rush with it being so close to closing. She followed it up with a phone call the next day so it ensured I used the services. Went back on bank holiday Monday and she set everything up for me and it was a pleasure dealing with her amazing attitude. A real asset to the business. Overall a pleasurable and smooth transaction.

I visited the Eastbourne branch and Andrea there answered all my questions and signed me up straight away couldn’t asked for a better service And I will recommend the Eastbourne branch to any of my friends what are looking for storage
