Avoid!!! Worst car buying and repair experience.

At first, the seller seemed friendly and honest. However, we soon encountered serious issues.

Hidden defects:
When purchasing the car, we immediately noticed a defect that the seller had not mentioned. He assured us it was an easy fix, but that was not the case.

Poor repair service:
We returned the car to the seller for repairs. He kept it for over two weeks and confirmed that everything was fixed. However, when we picked up the car, it was clear that nothing had been done.

False accusations:
The seller claimed that certain damages were caused by us, even though they were clearly visible in his own video recorded before the sale.

Poor communication and refusal to accept returns:
When we tried to return the car, the seller ignored us. In the end, we had to go through a broker to get the car returned.

Conclusion: Extremely disappointed. We do not recommend dealing with this seller.

Highly recommend !!
Exactly what we hoped for ! Not only was the car in such good condition, clean tidy with lots of previous owner paperwork , a spare key and tyre repair kit included ! But Sanj the owner was really helpful , friendly and genuine making the whole experience hassle free and actually very enjoyable . Working in Transport you hear lots of various feedback on different car sales places and none to date that have exceed the service , value for money, honesty and quality we received from SK Direct , I wouldn't hesitate to return for a further car when needed and highly recommend to anyone thinking of making a purchase! I recently purchased a BMW car from SK Direct and was absolutely delighted with the service, attention, professionalism and friendliness of Sanj, who expertly walked us through each step of the process. He was welcoming, took time to explain aspects of our queries, did not apply pressure to purchase, eased us into the experience of a test drive, was forthcoming with advice we sought, and a totally all-round confident, transparent, gentleman sales exec.

Wow what an absolute fantastic company to deal with.
I was uploaded pictures of the car leaving on a low loader to be delivered.
Also pictures of the log book so I could tax it before arriving.

What you want from a Car dealer!

I was nervous as this was a big expenditure for me.
Sanj put me at ease from the off. There was no hard sell, no rush and no flannel.
S K Direct Ltd are the genuine article. Genuine bloke, genuine cars.
I went on a cold November evening (2024) and the car was sat ready for me to inspect in a bright spacious garage.
The car was immaculate and in really good condition exactly as advertised. We chatted and I looked over the car and the plentiful paperwork from the previous owner. An hour and a half and plenty of chat later (which flew by) we arranged a test drive as I wanted to familiarise myself in daylight.
The test drive incorporated local roads and a stretch of motorway, after which we agreed a deal, including a part-exchange.
The paperwork was prepared and Sanj swiftly dealt with the V5 and Tax whilst I arranged my insurance and we were done.
I didn't believe it could be so stress free.
Long and short of it is, I would recommend S K Direct to everyone. Decent, straight talking and accomodating.
