Visited the store Monday, I’ve never had sketcher shoes before I was advised they are true to size, memory foam doesn’t lose its shape for a while and has a years guarantee. Tried on my usual size didn’t feel lose but didn’t feel snug snug either was advised this was correct size and fit for sketchers. Didn’t purchase, went back on Wednesday with the money and purchased as advised. Was happy when I put them on Friday morning and put the box and receipt into the bin for that day collection and went to start my day. Was only out the house 15 mins when I realised that they are infact too big and when you walk you are sliding in the shoe. I’m still wearing them as I was heading to Cambridge for work and visited the store for advise was told they needed my receipt to see who offered me the advise ( this wasn’t the same person who served me so receipt was irrelevant ) I explained I didn’t have it but wanted to know what to do was abruptly spoken to by the team member who couldn’t offer any advise or solution to my problem ( I’d like to add I wasn’t looking for a freebie I’d pay for another pair of shoes but wanted to be acknowledged for what I was saying and what I was asking but instead I was made to feel like a fool and stupid ) I was planning on buying more pairs this coming week but I will never use sketchers again and these £70 shoes will be going in the bin. Cambridge store your customer service is DISGUSTING

Very poor customer service - with no respect to customers!!! Went to the shop with the little one, planned to choose a pair of shoes for him. There were 10 more mins before the shop closed so we tried to browse and see if we could get something. There was a female sales approached us and asked if there was anything she could help. We said that we were browsing. She then said to us that not to mess around the display as they were closing very soon - SHOCKING!!!!!! I never met a sales like that - totally ridiculous, inappropriate and very rude! The fact was, we didn't do anything before she told us off, unless the shop tended to tell us that pointing to the shoes, picking it up to check the price and putting down to where it was - these were the action of messing around?!?! As much as a customer to respect the closing time (which we did!!), being a representative of a brand / shop, they should offer helps and advice to bring quality of services to customers with manner and respect. Such attitude is unacceptable!!!! It is very disappointing and for sure we will not go to that shop again!!!!

Came into the store today - 23rd Feb just after 5pm. Wanted to get a pair of light weight canvas type trainers to take on holiday. The person that served me was very helpful. I found a great pair of black canvas trainers that have laces but they can also be "slip ons". Just perfect for want I need. Thanks !

What a great place. The staff were not pushy when we walked in. Rachael served us. Very attentive, she could do enough to help my wife who has some special requirements. A great shopping experience.

A special mention to the four ladies working at the Cambridge store at around 1100 today (18th December). They were super helpful and super patient with my dithering over a replacement pair of Skechers. The best customer service I have received in a long time. Thanks for your help.

I went in to find a specific pair of trainers and was offered help almost immediately. Staff were very friendly and took time to serve you. The lady on the till was a welcome ray of sunshine. Made me smile with her genuinely kind attitude. She had to deal with a tricky issue but kept calm and composed. A very positive shopping experience, compared to staff in other shops who just don't seem to want to be there. Bought an amazing pair of trainers too!
