Went today to get some ski boots and the service was excellent. James & the team were very knowledgeable, patient, diligent and made the experience easy. Would highly recommend booking a ski book fitting consultation and let them do their thing. We drove over an hour to get there, but well worth the journey.

Went to see Simon to get some new ski boots. I'd had numb toes in my old ski boots for years (weren't fitted by Ski Exchange, I'll add!). Came away with a lovely pair of Head boots. Tried several makes and the ones I ended up with were moulded to fit. Won't lie, I was suspect when he put me in smaller boots, but trusted the process! Just come back from 6 days solid skiing in Meribel with no numb toes! Best skiing I've had for years! Thank you guys! Will most certainly recommend for any ski equipment and will be back for boots for hubby....and perhaps skis for both of us too!!! 😉

I went there to pick up my new set of black cores and bindings fitted to the skis. From the get go they were super helpful and friendly giving great advice. When the gentleman was drilling into the skis to point the bindings, he welcomed my sled and my father into the workshop to chat with him and learn so much more about the process.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking at buying skis or equipment!

Visited for ski boots and fitting. I've had boots fitted at other places before and the ski exchange is a whole different experience and indeed the result!

The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Time is taken to make choices and explain everything as you go. The fitting process is very thorough and at no point did I feel it was rushed to get me out the door.

You can take the boot back for adjustments FoC whenever you need to which is a real bonus. I'm extremely happy with the result, and I've already sent a couple of friends for fitting too.

They also have a wide range of skis and equipment, I'm sure I'll be going back again! Thanks 👍

A massive shout out to James! Drove an hour and half down to Ski Exchange today and can not stress enough how great my experience was. I went to another bootfitter and they could not help me with my issues and left me hopeless, Thank god I was able to discover this shop. James knowledge and recommendations were top tier, his range of solutions were beyond beneficial and sorted me out with the perfect liners, customisation and tips and tricks to make them fit absolutely perfectly. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from the second I walked in. James guided me through the process making extra amendments and we got done 45 minutes after closing time - Not once did I feel rushed or felt like I was being upsold - truly passionate people dedicated to the sport and I can’t recommend this shop enough. My new go to ski shop for all my needs, you’ve got a customer for life!

Walked in with my partner, he had a pair of ski's that needed a service and I had a snowboard that needed a wax. Opened the door and the woman said "what do you want". Not a hello or a what can I do for you. She then gave my snowboard to a man that didn't want to wax my board because it was brand new and said "you can ride new boards without wax" when I went there purely to have my board waxed because riding a waxed board is much nicer than riding an unwaxed one. Then he mounted my bindings on crooked and sent me on my way with and unwaxed and wonky board. Fast forward a couple weeks, my partner rang to double check which day his ski's were going to be ready as he didn't have his receipt on hand, and the man that answered said "they'll be ready when we said" and then hung up the phone. It's a busy a time of year for ski shops I understand but thats never a reason to be rude and dismissive.

Great service. Came in to buy some skis and bindings. All fitted and adjusted in 15min. Even got a bit of a discount compared to online price. Would definitely come back for more kit.
