Maybe about three to four years ago now I bought a SleepSoul mattress from a local Plymouth retailer. Unfortunately the delivery guys took the box it came in along with the warranty form. More unfortunately it developed a fault in the memory foam layer which created a ridge under the lower sheet soon after delivery.The retailer would not do anything without proof of purchase, must have thought it was stolen, and SleepSoul after telling me to contact retailer became totally disinterested. Because of limited funds at the time and now I've had to live or sleep with it. This, to me, is obviously a manufacturing fault so what the retailer could do isn't clear. The retailer did offer a discount on another mattress.

I notice the manufacturer only responds to positive remarks. I bought a sleep soul 2000 springs memory foam mattress. at first the one handle tore with the first week, contacted Sleep soul but they said its mattressnextday's problem. I left it there 15 months down the line, the mattress dents in when you get on it, totally uneven with hard bulges. Don't bother to buy, it's by far also not the cheapest "budget" mattress at all, paid more than £400 on a special for it.
Like the other negative review the company will not respond.
Bless them! but steer clear, you will be wasting money.

Yes a warrantee is registered I received an email for that. Sleepsoul space 2000 pocket sprung memory foam.

I have now uploaded photos of the mattress clearly showing the sagging and unevenness of the pillow top. if looking from the top, it looks like a corrugated roof plate.
Manufacturer had no further response after I confirmed that I had a registered warrantee from them, not from mattressnextday.
I repeat refrain from buying this product as the warrantee is not worth the paper or digital display it is written on.

No memory in this mattress.....

I purchased a sleepsoul space mattress pocket 2000 Memory pillow top from Mattressnextday it's not even 11 months old
The mattress has dipped.
I contacted Mattressnextday on the 2nd Sept who say its up to sleepsoul and they are not responding.
Ive also contacted sleepsoul with no response at all.
Ive sent in pictures and videos to show the dip in mattress

Bought BALANCE 800 Mattress

I made the mistake of buying it for our main bed!
Bought ks and I've only had it a few months and can feel dips already. Im getting an awful night's sleep now and wish I'd never bought it (I have reported it via nexrdaymatresses)
No side support so if someone sits on the side it all dips. I can feel every movement my other half does which is annoying given he's up so early in the morning, with my old mattress (which cost around the same) i was not disturbed at all
I wish I'd keep my old 9 year old mattress

I would very much like a refund please even if it means i have no mattress for a while and sleep in the spare double as that mattress is great and cost only £30 more (shame its only a double)

Recently purchased a sleepsoul balance mattress. Was suprised how tightly packed the mattress was in the box. Unrolled it and let the mattress work its magic. It took a few minutes for it to expand and i then left it for 24 hours to plump up. My first night sleep was heaven. I previously had a similar type of well known mattress but with a much higher price tag. This mattress is alot better in comfort and affordability. Big thumbs up from me. Thankyou

Initially I had some teething problem on delivery as the company I used ran out of the product. May be this is an indication of it popularity.

However the PRODUCT it self has made up for the initial disappointment 10 times over. It is a magic bed specially for people with back problem and with a 10 year guarantee you can't go wrong. I can strongly recommend this bed and ward it 5* .
