Bought fish, last 2 pieces, all mouldy inside. Be carefull with fresh produce, phoned up shop and they did not seems to care.

It is only 1 Polish shop nearby and had a very good collection of food but only 1 problem is that lots of food is out of date! Was rushing today and didn't have time to check it because I have heard about it and realised too late choclate I bought was over 3 month out of date! It's not really safe selling old food. Please be careful and check every single item you buying

Been here 2 times and had issues both times. The ladies that run the store are rude and the majority food is out of date. Id save your money and go to east molesey then waste it in tolworth.

This was my final visit to this shop. I have tried to give it a benefit of the doubt over and over again. Previously have purchased out of date items but my current frustration is that what you are being charged doesn't match the prices displayed on the products. The staff was very blaze about it. Also, majority of products doesn't have prices anyway so one way or the other you never know how much you will pay. Very disappointed as the selection of products is descent.

Someone pointed out earlier that the guy is very friendly, but the ladies less so - I couldn't agree more. Otherwise, the store is well-stocked, always have seasonal goods available, they provide also home-made meals and lovely cakes. Card payments accepted, including AMEX.

The owner/manager is really nice, just a shame that they have stock issues so sometimes the item you really want may not be available. Adding a delivery option would really help too.

A little over priced, guy working here is nice and helpful but the woman is a typical polish recluse that doesn’t talk laugh smile greet you make eye contact basically a shadow

Overall if customer service improved and prices were reduced a bit to match other similar shops it’s not bad, except for parking is horrendous
