Went to send a parcel back to Footlocker via DHL. Was told after they scanned my parcel, they dont do DHL. I told them on both DHL & their own webpage it clearly says they do. They then said they used to but dont now. I checked both sites & it still says they do. Wth is going on? I think they just couldnt be bothered or didnt know how to do it.

Pretty rude staff if I'm being honest. A relative of mine went to pick up two boxes of crisps, which should have cost at least £4, and the staff member tried overcharging her for it and acting aggressively towards her, so she went back and demanded to get her money back. Staff need to do better

A friend of mine got a 30 pound EE voucher from here that didn't work and when she went in the shop they basically called her a liar and told her to get out cheeky and very rude. Rip off the people of huyton. Anyone using this place do it at your own risk

yesterday I was served by 2 Indian men, rude, rude, rude, I was with my baby, I just went to collect my parcel, the attendant threw the parcel on the table, without any politeness, and no they know how to be grateful. I really didn't like it

Been going this shop for years, and never had one single issue with the staff as they where very friendly with me, until they employed a new girl, she's small, and doesn't wear her face mask over her mouth instead wears it on her chin. Which goes against the government health and safety guidelines. New staff member told me I was invisible and refused to serve me. The shop also over charges on ciggies. And short changes you. a week or 2 ago. I bought a drink for 1.69 and I gave in £5 note. Was shocked when I seen she gave me 59p in change.. Luck she did give me the rest of the change. This was a different staff member. Also the £3 min spend on card payments is a joke. Other shops charge 50p to £2. I would highly avoid this shop, and go elsewhere for your shopping needs.

A shop without land phone number, and hidden information, means they are really unable to deliver the service to the public.
The stuff rejected to collect parcel from Herms, because as she said, the click and collect code not working ###?
Why not get the parcels and incase someone ask he can collect without code , just a ID proof, such as driving license, or passport plus the code or the tracking number.
Really lazy stuff.

The staff memeber Susy is one of the most rudest employees i have ever met, she talks to kids and anyone in the shop horribly especially when she comes in aggressivly. I thoroughly feel like customer service doesnt matter to the shop. I spend about £40 every other night and non stop get hatred and abuse off Susy. I personally wont be shopping there anymore.

I have always been overcharged for products

If the shop doesnt act on this complaint i will take it higher as i have a motorbike helmet camera which records all the time with audio.
