What a truly fantastic experience. Reasonably new into this and not living far away I decided to hop in the car and go pay them a visit. There's nothing like visiting a bricks and mortar store and tapping into expert knowledge on products.

On arrival I was greeted by the lovely Christine who really couldn't do enough. She was attentive and crucially I feel, knew the limits of her knowledge and wasn't afraid to tell me if she didn't know the answer to a question. She didn't try and concoct a story, but was humble in saying I don't know. I mean who knows the answer to everything right. Whatever she's getting paid she's worth it.

There was a vast array of spirits, Cubans, New worlds as well as a whole host of things behind the scenes. If you're looking for cigars or anything related and you can't find it here you don't need it.

It would be lovely if you had a cigar lounge in the future, so if we could make that happen for Christmas that would be greatly appreciated.

One of the cigars I ordered arrived damaged, sent them an email - and never received a response. I appreciate things happen, but I value customer service highly and not bothering to respond speaks volumes.

Drove from Manchester to there shop absolutely fantastic experience at Smoke King's. Loved every minute in the shop. Gave me great advice and felt very welcome from the start and no pressure sell and such a great variety of products for any budget. Whisky was very far price, and the choice was great. Be returning very soon and will be attending one of their events next year. Highly recommend to anyone from novice cigar smoker like me all the way up to expert 😉 keep up the great work.

Fantastic shopping experience from smoke king. Great prices and excellent delivery times with great packaging. Especially love the 58% humidity packs that come shipped with cigars. Most other suppliers tend to over humidify cigars. With cigar king, they smoke fantastic on delivery with no need to rest in the humidor. Keep up the good work guys and thank you.

Smoke King Tobacconist offers excellent service paired with a fantastic selection of products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. So the product was good and the packaging was superb BUT...

One of the cigars in my sample tin was not the one stated on the website and when I contacted customer services I tried to find an amicable solution as I bought them for my grandfathers funeral so we could enjoy a smoke in his memory. My customer service rep told me that swapping out the individual cigar wasn't an option and I know if I had sent back the whole tin they wouldn't have been back for the funeral. When I said I was disappointed but it was okay they just replied with "OK" and "best wishes" that was what tipped me over the edge, to me that didn't seem like they was trying to solve my problem more like brushing it under the rug. I can't help but emphasize that A. The cigars where fantastic as they where, and B. The packaging was also fantastic big props to the packers. Customer service in this case let me down sorry to say
