The place was lovely, clean and had great access to the town. We had the cottage and an appartment. The only downside was that the cottage had a oven and the appartment only had a microwave, but if you planning on eating out most of the time its no both at all.

We booked Snobs and Rebels at the very last moment and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating throughout the experience. |We stayed in the Snobs Apartment which was adorned with unique antique trinkets and treasures. It was warm, cozy, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. |Although I don't watch the television i was travelling with younger relatives who do, so they were disappointed that they couldnt wind down infront of the tv. It couldn't be fixed quickly, however the hosts tried their absolute best and ordered the part immediately. ||It was our first time in Shaftesbury and the apartments are ideally located in the centre of town. It's a charming town with quirky independent shops, fascinating architecture and breathtaking views. Parking is provided but I think it would be awkward in a large vehicle. ||My ONLY real criticism is the seating arrangement. Myself and my niece are short and really struggled to be comfortable. The crates that constitue a sofa are too tall and too hard even for short periods of time.

Disgusting no communication with owners! Nothing works, nothing clean. No real parking. Did not stay second night. Will not give us refund, only 10%. Cooker did not work, tv did not work. Cutlery and crockery dirty. The owners do not deserve to have a property if this is modern, well it is unbelievable. No mirrors in place, the list goes on! Do not stay there I will be putting this on other platforms. We have run an air b and b. Oh my goodness this is not up to scratch. They had even watered down washing up liquid.

I don’t understand why there was nothing put on the cooker that it was not working properly! Why the utensils were so dirty! Why the tv was not programmed in, which we had to do! Why there were sweet papers in drawer, why one of the sheet had a stain.

We have proof most people would say we are sorry how can we put this right. However, this was not the case with you! We did not stay one of the two nights because of the property and you did not have the good well to say sorry and offer a reasonable amount back for the upset only 10% when booking com spoke to you finally! When they could get hold of you.

This has caused complete unnecessary stress which should have been sorted out last week.

Place was terrible we did not stay second night. The cooker was not working properly never told us! Could not get it to work initially then it burnt. Crockery was dirty and the grill pan was filthy. The tv did not work we had to set up manually.. we arrived 9pm there was no clear parking, not mentioned it is only one car there! It is very narrow and a neighbour came out to see us about parking. Not easy to get hold of owners, told them all the issues. Did not try and rectify! Only excuses! I don’t often write reviews but had to write this slip risk outside with cobbles, not good signage both for parking and accommodation., sweets from previous guests left in drawer! List goes on! Asked for money back would only give us 10%.

Ideal location. Especially for the Fringe festival.
Snobs, initially lovely to the eye, lots of historical nik naks relating to mostly polo and colonial times. Dust harbourers unfortunately which my asthma wasn't overly keen on.
Nowhere is it comfortable to sit other than a sofa bed in one bedroom. So chilling over a cup of tea morning or evening with our friends was difficult.
The bathroom has nowhere to hang a towel, a little shabby around the sink with peeling plywood and the shower pipe is falling apart and the head needs replacing. Unfortunately no WiFi for the whole long weekend we were there.
Lacking little touches like bins in bedrooms.

Lovely place to stay in town . Friendly service and cosy rooms with self catering facilities and complimentary goods and nice bath to soak up in , very clean . Had best time there !

We stayed here in Shaftesbury as due to COVID there are no hotels open. It is really well furnished in a very trendy eclectic vintage style. It was warm in spite of the cold weather and a simple breakfast was supplied. It's well located for sightseeing in Dorset and very private with a small garden. Parking was close by.

The room was simply amazing, staff were lovely. I wouldn't stay again though as the noise levels were very high and its the first time I was thankful for the 10pm finish.
