Just leaving the review here that everything went great with our order, as after a few of these negative reviews I was reluctant about buying a sofa here. I wish more people were sharing their positive experience whenever there was one and not just adding the negative reviews. The sofa has been delivered on the next business day (Tuesday) from when our order was placed (Sunday). We will obviously test the sofa in use but so far the experience is great.

Been looking at buying a new sofa for a while and when I came across Sofa Club I knew I was going to buy from them. I ordered online after getting a discount code from the sales team and once ordered I then needed to add collection for my old sofa, Becky was incredible so efficient on getting this sorted as well as bring my delivery date forward. Once the sofa was delivered I had an issue with the back of the sofa being damaged again Becky was on the case and got this sorted and the sofa is being replaced within the week. I couldn't recommend this company more. The sofa is amazing quality and looks perfect in our home.
The customer service team are a credit to the company and I will suggesting Sofa Club to everyone I know.

Would never recommend any one to visit this show room! Drove an hour so we can have a look at a couple of sofas we saw on thier site! Were welcomed by a lady telling the kids off instead of actually talking to us about it! We are talking about a 5 and a 2 years old kids! Not family friendly at all! So not sure about their sofas as we most probably will not buy from them!

Great experience in the Hertford…
Great experience in the Hertford branch, no pressure customer service and when asked for help we received thorough advice and help to choose the right sofa for us. I came back a 2nd time to ensure I was choosing the right sofa and had a completely different team - but they acted the same! Which is great as it means service doesn't just apply to a couple of members of the team. We had Dan the 1st time and Michelle the 2nd time (I hope I've got their names right?!‍♀️)

No pressure to order in store and I actually after my 2nd visit ordered online. This was easy and self explanatory. All the communication from order to delivery was great and just enough.

Our delivery came on the day picked and no dramas, smooth delivery and the guys even took our packaging away as we had to strip the packaging from the driveway to get it in. Really helpful, pleasant guys.

Love my sofa!! So do all the family now the biggest problem is to keep it clean! Lol!!

Delivered the wrong sofa and has completed ignored every and any attempt I have made to contact the company. They are still holding all my money and I genuinely don't know what to do anymore. Company is a scam. Stay away

They lied about delivery times, then they said they would call me but didn’t. Now over a week I cancelled my order but no response from them. They holding on to my large deposit. No one picks up the phone and no response from what’s app or email. Not even acknowledgement. Stay away

Lady was lovely in store. Said we was going to get the sofa delivered today and got an email today saying its not coming and don't know when as it hasn't arrived to the depot yet. Leaving it last minute, wasted time and time off work.
