I asked Jon to paint my talisman figures and I was delighted with the results. I knew he was used to games workshop models and wasn't sure what he could make of the cheap fantasy flight plastic figures, I was blown away with what he could achieve with them. The communication and packaging was also excellent. I thoroughly recommend him.

This was my first time having a model commission painted. I wanted Be'lakor painted so after doing a good amount of research I decided to contact Jon at Some Miniatures, and my word I'm glad I did!
Everything from the initial query has been simple, easy, well explained, well managed and I have felt looked after every step.of the way.
Excellent comms, time discussing scheme, painted exactly to my request and has surpassed my expectations quality wise. Amazing attention to detail, and very carefully packaged and returned to me.
Definitely will have more models painted thanks so much!

Jonathan definitely puts in the time and effort to bring life to your minis. Someminiatures has been the first commissioned provider I have gone to for some Grey Knights and I cannot help but admire and appreciate the workmanship and care that is put into Jonathan’s work. I have come back more than twice, and have another project currently under commission with Someminiatures. I highly recommend this shop, and can attest to Jonathan’s attention to detail and in his prompt follow-up. He truly wants to make sure you get what you want and his willingness to go above and beyond is impressive, especially in this day and age where some folks would put in half the effort and call it a complete job. Overall, I approve and so does the God Emperor of Mankind.

I commissioned an entire 2000 point Necron army to be painted by Some_Miniatures and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. They were very organized about the process of painting such a big order, and they maintained excellent communication throughout the entire endeavour. They helped me decide on a colour scheme and gave lots of useful painting suggestions that I never would have thought of myself to make my models more interesting. Every model was painted to beyond perfection even with some really tricky glowing effects. Some_Miniatures was able to turn my admittedly vague requests into something that was better than I ever could have imagined. Looking forward to my next army.
