I usually fill up and collect or drop off parcels here.

Picking/dropping off the parcels is often very slow and I stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge me or waiting for them to find a parcel. They have never lost a parcel so that's a positive! I try to avoid using it for parcels.

Filling up the car is fine and staff are OK.

If you don't like doing evri parcels, may I suggest you just don't do it?
Then you can get on with the things you are good at, the shop and the forecourt ☺
Surely better than treating parcel customers as an unwelcome hindrance?

I would not recommend getting your EvRi parcels collected here. Frequently takes 20 mins for the parcels to be found.
