Hi there,

I have been in your shop this morning and was appalled by the customer service from the older lady from behind the food deli.
As I approached the counter a European gentleman was trying to get served and was asking the lady what sandwiches were on offer, to which the lady replied, bacon OR sausage. The gentleman started to ask whether he could perhaps have bacon and sausage but as he was half way through as the lady rudely cut him off telling him bacon OR sausage. He tried to ask again and the lady cut him again, off stating bacon Or sausage. I was stood behind the gentleman and I was immediately shocked at the way this lady was speaking to the customer. I thought perhaps maybe she had not understood the gentleman as he had a European accent, so I started asking her the same question and she rudely cut me off mid sentence too, telling me the same thing. The way she looked at me and spoke to me, and the other gentleman is completely unacceptable.
I can't understand how someone like this is serving people at a shop.
As I turned away in disgust at being spoken to like that I noticed a hot counter where the deli prepare food and then place in there for customers to pick up. In there was a few sandwiches. A lot of bacon AND sausage sandwiches. A few bacon AND sausage AND egg sandwiches too!!
So this lady can't make a paying customer a bacon and sausage sandwich but she can make one to put in the hot counter?
If this is a decision by the company not to make sandwiches where as the customers can ask for a variety of items, I think its a very poor one and who ever has decided this needs to rethink their sales strategy.
I have never in all my years seen anything like this, and also have never seen or heard anyone so rude either so I will NOT be returning to your shop ever again and I will also be telling all my family and friends to stay away too.
If this is the type of people you have flying the flag at the front of your business I can't see your business lasting very long. If I could give you 0 stars I would have.
