Usually spar is quite an easy going place but I’ve gone in with my service dog today (in my arms) and they refused to serve me all I wanted was a bottle of water on a hot day I said I’d be in and out within 30 seconds or less and the two laddies refused me service even after I explained to them what type of service dog he was(for epilepsy) they still said no, I genuinely think this is wrong! one of the ladies said they only allow service dogs for the blind, this needs to be changed as there are more dogs in service then just for the blind!

Updated Dec 2017. Now has a Greggs sandwich bar in store with a good range. Reasonable range of expensive groceries. Small freezer section. Small chilled section. Alcohol and tobacco. Fee free ATM outside on the right of the entrance. Free parking for 4 cars outside the store.

Great store, always clean and tidy, helpful friendly staff! Good range for such a small store, plus a Greg's with Vegan sausage rolls, awesome!! Would definitely recommend

Pretty decent shop, plenty of deals, and good prices. Sells pretty much everything you need. Also has a Greggs inside and cash point outside aswell.

It's an acceptable place to get some things. Range of goods isn't the best, but that's due to the size of the store.
