Hi, please advise on who best to speak to. I came in yesterday morning and my chase was accidentally declined at 8:28 for £13.87 and when my signal wouldn’t work to transfer the cashier kindly let me step outside for a moment, however when I returned my card has been charged £15.74 at 8:30

Lovely friendly staff, the shop has a good range of produce and is ideal for a midweek shopping top up. There’s a Costa machine and some hot food, plus sandwiches etc, for grab and go lunches. There is a car park but it’s often busy, so it’s not always possible to find a spot.

I came to post office 2 mins before closing time and I apologised for being so close to the closing time they made me wait for 2 mins and then said they can't take the parcel because it's 8pm! Unbelievable customer service!

Very handy shop and post office shop open from 7am to 10pm

Waited outside for 20 mins to keep everyone safe in the current Covid 19 climate, got in and waited in line (straight away) to post my prepaid parcel. Bang on 14:00 it's my turn and the staff turn me away because the post office closes at 14:00. Not very helpful and now I have to make a second trip, which increases the risk for everybody.
