Just left Shepton store, Shelley was really helpful, allowed me to try multiple sizes and different shape trainers. Nothing was too much trouble, she didn’t disappear off with other customers and helped me with the great solution to a difficult foot situation, Thank you

Customer service training might be a good idea, no one ever asks if they can help. I asked someone if they had another size of shoe and he was clearly irritated to be bothered from restocking and muttered that what’s left. Had a quick glance and said “there’s a 10” I’d asked for an 11… Last possible option from now on

Hi l visited sports direct today Tuesday 5th of September , lm not the easiest customer as l have a few problems with my feet which l explained to a young guy who was very helpful , he was very patient bringing out countless pairs of trainers until l found the right ones for me , he also seemed to know about my foot condition so was able to advise me , l came out very happy with cosy comfortable feet to match ☺️ thank you to sports direct in Shepton mallet Keep up the good work

Always check the prices on the special offers. I found three different costings for the same thing when looking for men's jogging pants. It seems the nearer the tills you get the cheaper the cost becomes. The first offer was 2 for£47, the second 2 for £30. Settled on 3 for £23 as the required items were only needed for work.(22/4/22)

Shocking customer services during my last couple of visits. The so called “manager” couldn't act anymore disinterested if he tried. 1st visit my son picks a pair of football boots priced at £30, turns out there £60! Zero accountability just a shrug if the shoulders from the manager. 2nd visit try on a pair of boots for myself find the right size and unbeknownst to me given a size larger at the till. Get to the game have to wear them. Go take them back, again a shrug of the shoulders “can’t refund because you’ve worn them” again zero accountability. Won’t be returning

If you buy HOKA trainers you have 30 days trial to wear them and if you are not 100% happy you can return them no questions asked.AMAZING.... Affordable much more quality providing outstanding foot support and very durable .and you get a free return label.we ordered on line with HOKA and they were delivered next day. Not a service we get from sports direct

Terrible service. Today 09/01/2022 at 10:30am. Came into store, had a child with special needs displaying his sunflower lanyard. Had two other children, we were clearly struggling with finding what we needed, instead of offering help, the balding older man who stands at the door decided to just watch then make a comment to the girls on the checkouts, no help given just judgement.clearly customer service is jot a priority. Ignorance of those who are vulnerable and require support. Discrimatory behaviour. Just horrid.

Really great experience today! The (male) manager and (I believe the female Assistant manager).....so lovely!! Printed my sons football shirt whilst we waited, even though they were short staffed!!! A very happy lad! Thanks Sports Direct Shepton!!
