Excellent. Friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful. I bought 3 items and they were delivered, as promised, today - by two lovely young men who phoned to let me know they were on their way. I will definitely be a regular customer! Also bought curtains from the other shop along the road, again a very pleasant experience. And such a good cause - keep up the good work, you are very much appreciated. Thank you

We bought a brand new sofa from St Margaret's charity shop, which I didht know you could do. After asking the lovely chap on the desk whether they had any corner sofas in stock as none in the Bridgwater shop, he showed me online, new ones they had in their warehouse. Its perfect, really reasonably priced and the delivery guys did a good job of getting it in and putting it together. Would definitely recommend.

Alas, stark contrast to the previous review. Lady who sits on the front desk on a Sunday like she’s head of the house was both unhelpful, and somewhat rude. Some of the prices were on a different planet - They wanted £400 for a sofa that was falling apart and had a spring exposed! Seriously people if you’re doing something to benefit a charity then ensure you’re doing your best for that charity and research your market. Can get a new one for that at SCS, and it won’t smell of widdle! All in all just another charity shop selling toot at hugely inflated prices pretending to be an antiques shop with dreams of grandeur!

Right this shop sometimes blows u away? How hood it is. And in my opinion the quality of goods r mainly excellent. Now 4 the service now I'm a big man with alot of issues. Now the manager accused me of shouting of which 2 her I was. But that's just me and the way i am. Now 4 me this female manager supervisor has "ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH AND HOW 2 APPROACH AND ENGAGED WITH THEM" i paid alot of money in total including delivery £274 pounds. Yet when i phoned and try and talk 2 the manager or supervisor the tone and attitude was very questionable at best. Now i can appreciate they r busy? But I'm sorry i don't care or it's any of my concern. I paid alot if money i don't not appreciate what happened today and the fact there were bolts missing which r very important 4 the sofa. Now the delivery men couldn't get out of my house quickly enough.. Saying 2 the manager or supervisor they didn't help 2 put the sofa together? Because they was another sofa in my front room. Of which there was and the delivery man had only have 2 ask me if i wanted there help 2 put it together? "YET THEY DIDN'T" and I'm sorry but using that i had another sofa in my front room was the reason they didn't help or offer 2 help? Is in my mined truly pathetic and very very very poor customer... Andbyes the customer isn't right all the time? But in this case im 75% sure i was!!!! I could go on about how sern and abrupt the shop manager ir supervisor is But i won't. I will probably get banned or there attitude and the drivers Will not b so warming in the future? Hay do i care "NO" and does it bother "NOT ONE BIT? OR MAYB A LITTLE....
