I am a regular customer at this shop and I was amazed at the lack of customer services last Sunday. I was looking for a pack of spring roll sheets could only see the 30 pack. The member of staff seemed far more interested in cutting her nails right there near the freezer counter, than assisting me. I found the packs that I needed.

I must say that I find this particular member of staff to be very rude, perhaps she should attend a training course in customer services.

Very good customer service I have used this shop for meat and groceries all my life the prices are better then their competitors and the meat and vegetables are always fresh.

Shop is in the lower portion of a large house.I mostly buy halal meet from stancliffe groceries and the quality is good. Vegs, fruits,spices/masalas and frozen items also available. Plenty of parking usually on road side as no double line on roadsides and drivers usually behave as a speed camera is right in front.
