Apparently an air fryer box is too large for them to hold for yodel to pick up. Maybe if they had their parcels organised there would be more space for people to drop of their parcels.

They provide Yodel services but yet there is always something. Parcel to large, no space for the parcel, system is not working.

Rude person who never takes yodel parcels. Given that many on here have consistently low star reviewed this place for over a year now, its clear that nothing will change.

Avoid like the plague and hope that the next owners or management can do something with this guy.

I would seriously suggest avoiding this place at all costs. DO NOT give them your money and DO NOT get any parcels sent here through YODEL. The guy working there is the most RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, HORRIBLE person I have ever come across. He is so difficult for absolutely no reason. Hides parcels, refuses to be helpful, and is so angry all the time. HE will only give you YOUR parcel if he is in a good mood which is rare. Wish I could give 0 Stars

Not usually the type of person who moans/shames but has the most disturbing encounter at Premier - Star Supermarket, RG12 7LS. Collecting my parcel! The gentleman took my code and told me to sift through the pile on the shop floor myself of delivered parcels, with everyone’s addresses and data showing! I stated I shouldn’t be doing this and as I was sifting through he kicked the parcels back towards me and said don’t make a mess! My parcel wasn’t there and I asked if there were anymore else where, his repose was I don’t care, I’m not looking. I said what’s to stop someone walking in and taking these? To which I was told I don’t care not my job! I then said it’s a GDPR issue and shouldn’t be like this to which I was met with abuse and told to get out his shop: I asked for his name and was told Osma Bin Laden! Absolutely charming encounter, now to try and locate my order of a birthday present worth over £50 which I will never likely find the light of day The man was aggressive, rude and arrogant
Honestly don’t do parcels if you’re going to be like this! Looking at the other reviews. Lots of people having similar experiences!!

I've never had such a bad experience as a customer. The lady at the counter (she might be the owner as well) was rude and couldn't care less what I was trying to tell her. I will never ever go back there.
Don't spend your money in this shop. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ridiculously rude owner! Had a order from yodel which I informed him. To which he shouts at me saying it's a courier service and where I've ordered from. I had my ID in the car to which I should have had with me but began to shout at me saying he cannot give it to me despite scanning the code and having the parcel in the hand. Asked if I could go get my ID to which I did and bought it back in and he didn't even check it and threw the parcel at me. Will be reporting this store.
