The staff in here are SO lovely. They’ll go above and beyond for their customers, even when they’re running late for trains! Edyta never fails to make me smile and makes the most perfect flat whites!!

I wanted a refund for my bottle of water £3.10 I was told I could not get a refund from the till but I needed to email. I have emailed and then I was told I needed to fill in a form. This is an outrage! I just want my £3.10 back I returned the bottle already. Not giving an immediate refund from the till should be illegal.

This is a great addition to the Didcot Parkway. Staff are friendly and sometimes you just need a pretty looking coffee in the early morning to smile and start the day!

Had the pistachio iced coffee made by Edy and it was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was great and the place was spotless which Is unusual for such a busy location. Honestly everyone there was smiling and happy and that was so nice to see

Went into Didcot starbucks yesterday morning, the staff was quick and efficient. The certainly brung a smile to my face after a stressful morning of delays! Coffee tasted amazing too.

Clean store, service with a smile and a great atmosphere. Would recommend 🙂
