According to the shop assistant, the store was 'too full' to be able to accept my parcels for return, despite there clearly being enough room to place them until they were collected by Yodel. You could tell by the tone he just couldn't be bothered with it.

Marked a parcel as collected when I hadn't collected it. Tried to get a refund or help via Yodel (absolutely useless customer service, just went round in circles) and Vinted (they suggested I contact the police as its theft but the police aren't going to bother about a £10 item). So I'm £14 down, no item and no way to recover either the item or the funds.

Very disappointed with the service here.. Rude, talked to me like something on your shoe. Wouldn't take my 3 pre-booked parcels and even said he didn't care about not supplying the service.. don't understand why he felt he could talk to me like that.. will never use this store again..
