Decent store having a good selection of food and drinks, but a bit expensive compared to other stores and the big supermarkets. It's convenient though and has long opening hours.

Salespeople are rude and arrogant.
Homing the buyer.
They tell you to take groceries out of your bag. Because they think you stole something. Although the check is on hand from the meat department.
And after checking they don't even apologize!!! And they say that with such a bag you can’t go into the store.
And terrible quality products. The meat in the refrigerator did not even stand for two days. This store is terrible. I advise you not to go there.

The Lady behind the till doesn't give receipts to the customers unless you will ask for it.
In my situation I found out I have been charged for some additional products shown on the receipt as ''grocery' or 'drink'. Small amounts like £0.99 or £2.99. I realized about it when I came back home and checked the receipt and products which I bought.
The shop has a good promotions and it is often not too crowded, however if you will go there I would recommend to ask for the receipt and check it before leaving the shop.

It was the shop we went to every other day, until this Monday. The young lady who was serving the till, shocked us to the core. She asked me "what happened to your face?". Firstly, she should have never asked, secondly it's my disability, do you ask person without a leg what happened, how can you be so rude? This is the worst customer service I've encountered. The reason I feel good with my disability in UK is that nobody asks, nobody treats you differently. I shall add the lady wasn't Polish. I hope she will never be able to face customers after this incident, although I'm afraid she will as she is acting like she's owning the shop. We were so happy this shop opened recently close to us, but after this incident my mental health declined and I'm sure I'll never be back unless she will be fired.
