Sawmill Lane, Brandon. We spoke to Georgia on our first visit. She discussed thoroughly the options we had when changing the vehicle and answered any questions we had. Then Kevin went through the finance options. Both were very knowledgeable and informative and at no point was there any pressure to buy. Second visit was to pick up the vehicle. All the details were explained again for clarification. Finance forms signed and drive away insurance all sorted, Georgia took me out to the vehicle and explained the layout and functions. She even synched my phone to the car. Great service from both members of staff. I would highly recommend them.

All parts of the process for my service, MOT and Service Activated Warranty were explained clearly. Free coffee in a relaxing waiting area whilst I waited for my service and MOT to be completed. I've been to Stoneacre Kia in Durham (Brandon) today, to collect my new car. Daniel was, as always, pleasant and helpful and carefully went through the controls in my new car with me, even connecting my phone to the car. All the staff are kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Brought my VW Polo in for MOT and service.. greeted by Charlotte and despite being half an hour early for my appointment I was welcomed in.
Offered drinks whilst I waited for my car to be dealt with.

I was nervous about having my car MoT and serviced at the dealer rather than my normal garage however I am so glad that we purchase the monthly plan which covered the initial cost.

The service I received from Hannah and Kai when I purchased my car was second to none. Everything was explained to me thoroughly beforehand. They were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. When I went to pick up my car a couple of days later, Hannah made sure that the car was double cleaned and inspected with a full tank. Although it is a second hand car it felt very much like a brand new one. Kai helped with the hand over with the vehicle before I left. Overall 10/10.
