Went yesterday at lunchtime plenty of parking a nice and clean looking pub I ordered the cowboy burger and my wife had the beef lasagne, when the food arrived my burger and chips were lukewarm the lasagne was nice and hot, I spoke with the young gentleman behind the bar he apologised took the food away and offered me a free drink which I thought was really nice and didn't have to do, the second burger and chips arrived piping hot the staff excellent and service was very good

Visited on a Sunday, had quite a wait for our meals but the staff were very apologetic and gave us an extra discount (on top of the Blue Light discount) to make up for it, very generous of them.
Could do with a few more accessible parking spaces.
Food and drink was fine and the price was very good for the quality. 15 people had a very enjoyable lunch, thank you very much.

Brought the family in tonight to celebrate an anniversary with us, the masons is our local and honestly, they absolutely smashed it tonight. The meals were delicious, especially the steaks, they were cooked perfectly.
All of it was served with a smile in a lovely friendly atmosphere.

One of the worst food experiences I've had, the food came out Luke warm at best the steaks were as tough as old boots, one of the meals had a date sticker in it that said Monday which put the rest of us off our food!

They did give us free icreams for the disgusting mistake which took 20 minutes to arrive, will happily say will never set foot back in there beyond disappointed

The only positive thing I can say is the staff were very friendly and happy to help but couldn't change what came out of the kitchen

Food was good apart from a few things, steak on the surf n turf was supposed to be medium but was well done to the point that the outside was tough. Buns on a burger were hard and the cheesy garlic bread wasn't nice.

Initially tried to order on the Marston's app, but the basket wouldn't show the whole order so couldn't confirm what I was ordering, had to go up to the bar.

Food was great, price was reasonable, and portions are about what you would want. Nothing I could complain about.

The highlight of this place is the lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating.
The overall atmosphere on our visit was cozy and quiet - perfect for my partner and I.

I'm surprised this place isn't heaving, if I was local I'd be a regular, and when I'm next up this way I'll be sure to visit again.

We had a delicious meal with the usual quick service. The staff are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. We ordered popcorn chicken for our eldest, but it came with barbecue sauce, which she doesn’t like. When we ordered another one without sauce, Laura went above and beyond… she asked the kitchen to put a rush on it so we could all eat together. She came over to explain everything, letting us know it would be ready quickly, and it was! Laura was amazing, and we all loved our food. We’ll definitely be back!

Both myself and my partner have become regular customers of The Stonemasons as it is a fantastic Marstons pub and restaurant, it's well managed, very clean and well presented outside and inside as always. We are always extremely impressed with all the meals we order as these are always very well presented, top quality and really great value for money and a good quantity. The meals are always served by very attentive, cheerful and polite waiter/waitress, We have returned many times and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future and would definitely bring family and friends. A VERY THANK YOU AND WELL DONE TO THE MANAGEMENT, CHEF WAITER AND WAITRESS but especially NICKY who we see during most of our visits and she always goes out of her to make sure everything is spot on and is as a pleasurable experience as the very first time we paid a visit. MANY THANKS NICKY FOR MAKING ALL OUR VISITS SO VERY SPECIAL AND FOR BEING SUCH A LOVELY PERSON.
