Not exactly a setting to meet your mates if you’re male, but my wife loves it here so I was cohearst into meeting a forces ship mate here that I hadn’t seen for 42 years. So glad his wife came too! The staff here made us so welcome and gave us an amazing tea. The girls loved it too and enjoyed looking around the shop. Thank you Polly, it was fabulous.

Really enjoyed this breakfast. Food was so fresh and filling. Only things I didn't like was menu said £5 extra for prosecco ended up been charged £6 but apparently you have to say when ordering the breakfast but wasn't told about this, also didn't see it on the menu and other was the fact we didn't eat all the food but wasn't offered a box to take the rest home. This is the first time I've ever not been asked if we wanted to take it home. The shop/cafe itself is beautiful ? so many nice shiny things. I'm just not sure I would go back as the young lady that served me didn't really care that the price was different to what was on menu. Might be different for someone else.

Lovely breakfast for my friends birthday. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Nice and fresh. The shop itself is magical pre booking for food is required.

I went for afternoon tea today. The food was delicious, but my friend , who does not like tea, was charged extra for a coffee, which we all felt was unacceptable. Because of this I would not go again.

I haven't been but dont bother going if you have any dietry requirements. The owner is lazy and cant be bothered to cater for allergies. She was condescending on the phone and made me feel like a leper. Its the first time in my life i've been told im not welcome when trying to book a table. Usually food outlets tell you 'may contain nuts' and let you make your own mind up!!

What a treasure of a shop.... so full of lovely gifts and everything nice and tasty...serving refreshments and cakes . Staff are very helpful and efficient.
