Fantastic value for money, booked for my daughter and 5 friends the birthday package.. included a game of bowling, unlimited juices, and a hot meal that the kids could all pick what they wanted, chicken nuggets, hot dog, pizza, burger, chips etc. Then at the end received a voucher for money off next time we come. All for £87..
They all loved it so much, and with it being in an arcade they went there after it for a look too. Thoroughly recommend.

Yesterday, we had a terrible and discriminatory 90-minute experience here.

A few weeks ago, my friend and I visited the store to ask about birthday and individual packages. We were told that bringing a birthday cake was allowed. My friend, who doesn’t speak English, wanted to celebrate her son’s 9th birthday with some friends and classmates. Since it was a Monday school night, she decided to go without a reservation, assuming it wouldn’t be crowded.

She was right—the place was empty when we arrived. We had 13 kids, plus the birthday boy’s parents, grandparents, and two friends. While checking in, staff noticed our "Happy Birthday" balloon and said we could bring it but not the cake since we hadn’t booked a birthday package. We explained we only wanted to sing a song, take a photo, and put the cake away without eating it. They finally agreed.

We paid at 5:30 PM and were told we had until 6:30 PM. When I asked, “Isn’t it 90 minutes?” the staff corrected themselves, saying we could stay until 7 PM.

As soon as we entered, we took out the cake to quickly sing the birthday song and take a photo. A female staff member then told us we couldn’t place the cake on the table. Confused, we said we would just hold it. We hurriedly gathered the kids, sang the song, and lit a candle for the group photo. Suddenly, a male staff member stormed over, raising his voice: “Didn’t I say no candles?!” We were shocked—was a 9-year-old boy really not allowed to blow out his birthday candle? We quickly had him blow it out and put the cake away.

About 20 minutes later, the kids' food arrived. Staff placed it on the table and walked away. Four of them stood there, not serving drinks, until I asked about the included juice. A male staff member coldly said, “The juice was canceled.” Only after I showed them the Kids Eat Free promotion online (which included a free hot meal and squash) did they reluctantly bring the juice.

At first, the thirsty kids had no drinks. My friend, unaware that outside drinks weren’t allowed, took out mini bottled drinks for them. Since I was checking the Kids Eat Free info, I didn’t notice. The male staff saw it and immediately pointed us said no outside drink. I showed him the promotion and quickly informed my friend not to bring outside drinks to the kids.

Later, the kids got sauce from the condiment station. Since they were short, some sauce got on the counter. The staff immediately wiped it and then turned the sauce bottles around, clearly signaling they were no longer available for use. At that moment, we truly felt discriminated against.

Among the 13 kids, 10 were Asian, 2 were white, and 1 was Black. The birthday boy and parents were also Asian. Throughout the 90 minutes, we parents were on edge, cleaning up trash and picking up fallen fries. Meanwhile, four staff members stood at the counter chatting.

Were they unhappy because we made them work? After all, we were the only customers that evening.

Superbowl, please improve your staff’s service and attitude. They didn’t even know about the Kids Eat Free promotion, including drinks—why were they hired? This place is supposed to be fun for kids, not somewhere they get scolded for blowing out their own birthday candle.

This was an unforgettable experience—but for all the wrong reasons. The venue itself is great, but the staff’s attitude needs major improvement!

3.5 star. Music too loud, out of 2 quad bike arcades 1 broken but still accepts coins, water jet arcade constantly screaming " top up water" gets ignored and still accepts coins, pool tables seen better days. very good soft play area with enough tables even when it's busy and super clean. Good draft beer :).

I will start with the positives, the bowling is great and there's an arcade too if you want to do that.

Unfortunately the toilet when I visited was absolutely disgusting, I was appalled with the cleanliness & the general condition. I was shocked.

Staff were generally pleasant.

Bit of a let down. Staff were a little lacklustre, with not much in the way of customer service. Food was ordered to arrive at the end of the game, let them know when we were about to finish and it still took around 20 minutes to have the food ready. Probably won’t be back to this one.

Overpriced slow waste of time.
Waiting 40 mins for one portion of chips which cost over £3 - actually had finished a whole game of bowling before they arrived and they were very dry. £9 a game of bowling same price for kids.

If I wanted to visit a nightclub I would have gone to one. Music was way too loud, had to physically scream to talk to the person next to me. There were no balls in the lane, and staff members refused to get more. Staff were juggling the reception and bar, walking off mid way through scanning the tickets to go serve someone's meal. J2O was £3.50, ridiculous. Not coming back because my head might actually fall off with the noise.

Could do with a bit of an upgrade/ update, could also do with not locking your toilets and their staff should try smiling more, but on the whole a really enjoyable place to take your family.

Arcades, Soft play area, bar, bowling - I recommend going 👍
