I went into the store to find maybellines sky high mascara in the colour black. It turns out, the colours of the products are covered in layers of labels and stickers that cannot be removed unless they are payed for. I asked an employee for help but instead they suggested that I try out one of their testers on a new fragrance which had nothing to do with the situation. I asked another employee and they helped me by handing me the exact mascara I wanted in a completely different shade. I didnt find this out until I tried the mascara on at home and ended up with light brown paste smudged all over my eyelashes. The workers here are useless and money hungry. If you are looking for a place with nice beauty products and caring employees, DO NOT COME HERE!!

One of the employees was super rude and annoying. I was gonna buy body spray and tried to one push for test because you guys do not have testers even though your own brand. He told me I can not test it. So I asked him if i do not like it can I return? He said no. It is not his business first of all, why I can not return even though i can not try before buy and I did not like it. He could not give me TC why I could not return it so does not make sense. I won't go back this store again.

Employee rudeness. On the 4th yesterday, this employee (she was wearing a hijab and a full face of makeup, as i didn’t get her name, seemed quite young) started scanning my items. She’s gone do you have a superdrug card, before i’ve even proceeded to answer she’s got one from the side pulled it off and scanned it before I got the chance to say no thank you, she then proceeded to hand it to me and again i’ve declined it. On the headset, don’t know if she was actually speaking into it or just fancied muttering it so I could hear her, she’s gone do you want to know what gives me the ick, when they say no to a beauty card that you’ve already scanned through. Was extremely rude, no need for it. Disgusting behaviour

Just seen power tripping security guards harassing young girl tourist from abroad because she was filming herself in the shop they tried to snatch her phone to delete it her mother asked them why they behave so rude they didn't even recognised her by ignoring her..appalling.. But then some crackheads walk in take what they want and leave...absolute shambles..

On the 26th of august 2024 the woman at the till around 5pm was very rude and disrespectful her tone of voice was terrible and made it very uncomfortable.Then to make it even worse her coworker a young man started laughing at how rude she was being towards me and how tense it was making the situation even more uncomfortable.Overall very bad experience and I will not be coming in.Whoever is managing this place needs to hire more professional kind people who do not laugh at the customers or act like bullies.

soooo rude!!!! this is the second time i have been in this superdrugs and the staff are a joke! They have no manners for the customer's the manager needs to watch the staff .

Yesterday I bought products that were supposed to include a discount for membership card holders. After leaving the store and checking the receipt, it turned out that the discount had not been applied. A very nice lady refunded my money and charged me the correct amount. Unfortunately, only for one product because, as it turned out, the second one was not subject to the discount (the manager's words). I'm sure both products had a discount tag on them. Unfortunately, when returning the first product, the manager changed the labels. And he informed the employees that the product was not eligible for a discount, and he hid in the back room. Terribly disappointing approach of the manager to customer service.
