The good bit is that they stock a lot of the stuff we like to eat. Unfortunately, actually getting hold of it was very difficult.
Firstly, you cannot ring them. Email only. I wanted to amend one item on our first order, but that isn’t possible, even via email, so had to cancel for a refund and reorder everything instead. This order simply didn’t arrive and after 10 days and a few emails asking where it was, they refunded.
So I ordered again, but after 4 days it hadn’t even been dispatched, even though on their website they promise to do so within 1-2 days.
So I cancelled and was refunded.
So, they are very good at refunds, but less good at actually sending stuff out.
I’ll continue to go to a physical health food shop instead of trying again with this lot.

Takes ages to fulfil orders and you need to chase them in order to do it, even though they take your money. Orders also arrive damaged. Really unprofessional and amateur company. Will not be ordering from them again.

I was happy with my first order - cupboard food - so I've just ordered some more stuff. My first order was well packed and the food is good quality. I'm looking forward to receiving my current order (dark chocolate and a couple of treats.... which I really need)! Prices are also competitive, especially the dark chocolate. The Suma muesli is great. The chocolate brands Seed & Bean, and Conscious chocolate, are fantastic.

Used a few times for my business and generally been fine all be it a little slow to dispatch and deliver. This time was a complete nightmare however. Firstly I waited a week roughly for my order to be delivered for it to go to a completely different town, okay, not their fault so contacted them straight away (no phone number I may add so have to deal with email only). Within a few days and back and fourth emails they agreed to resend the parcel (no hassle just waiting for emails), only snag is they don't work weekends and had to reorder stock so yet another delay which wasn't communicated and I had to chase after another week of waiting, after giving an ultimatum of send my package or refund by that afternoon I get my tracking number and basic apology, great I thought, a delay and cost to my business as by this time I've had to order stock from elsewhere buy hey, at least I'm getting my order.

Turns out they only sent some of the order and the most expensive part of it they conveniently must of forgot. So after weeks of waiting I'm holding a few bags of seeds and just demanded the rest be refunded which they have.

Honestly I don't know if they are having issues but it's been a pretty horrible experience with not alot of communication, personally I think unless there is no other option I will avoid using these guys again.

That said they didn't make the process difficult and were never rude, it's just the length of time and convenient mistakes that just make them come off amateurish.

My feedback would be to have someone double check packages that already have an issue, to avoid sloppy mistakes and to invest in a phoneline or at least offer a call back service after someone has emailed to save time and convey empathy. As for not working weekends, I'm not sure how many people you have in the company but for a retail business that seems very outdated and working Saturdays (even just a half day) should be a thing if possible imo.

Avoid, they do not reply to any emails and ship with Amazon where deliveries do not arrive. There are plenty of online supermarkets which provide fantastic levels of customer service, replying to communications. I wish i read reviews before i ordered.

Did not receive my order. Promised a refund to another bank account because the previous account was closed. Refund Never happened and yet again the company tried to refund back to my closed account the second time after acknowledging the request. Unbelievably arrogant and incompetent business to have handled such a situation thinking they would get away with it just because it’s a small amount of refund involved and by pretending to be apologetic.
