I visited Surge Bikes a couple of times looking for the right e-bike for my commute. Every step of the way they have been so helpful making sure the bike was right for me. After sales support has been fantastic so it’s great to know they are nearby if anything goes wrong. I only wish there were fewer cars and more e-bikes on the roads!

I was after an e-bike and went to Surge bikes as they have a wonderful range of options. I am quite short (under 5 foot) and have not ridden an e-bike before and they gave me lots of advice and some great options for me to try. I decided on one of them and wanted some accessories and really benefited from their expertise and guidance on these too. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable and they delivered the bike to me too. Great experience all round. Highly recommend them. The bike is perfect for me and am loving riding it!

I had done a lot of research prior to visiting but was given a whole lot of fantastic advice when I visited the store. I was able to try several frames to make sure the size of my orbea e gravel bike was just right. I purchased through my company l cycle to work scheme and they did a great job of keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. On collection day I had a great experience where they took the time to explain the bike and check that the set up was correct. I have ridden the bike several times now and I am a total e-bike convert

Great experience buying from Surge. Matt and the team knew what they were talking about and let me test a couple of different options with different power motors so I could make an informed choice - something no amount of desktop research can really answer! On top of that they had a great price on a sale bike which met my needs so 10/10 from me.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Matt was brilliant and the bike was ready earlier than I expected. When I collected the bike the guys in the store were great and really friendly and took the time to set up the bike for me and show me how the settings etc work. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Orbea Rise H15. It's perfect for me and I'll certainly recommend surge bikes to anyone.

Recently bought a Riese and Muller eBike from Surge. I was thoroughly impressed with the advice and guidance I received throughout the process - I didn't feel I was being upsold at all, and left with the sense that I'd bought the right product at a good price.

The bike arrived in perfect condition, and I was grateful for the build and testing that had been done prior to the bike's delivery. A month in, and I'm delighted with my bike.

Saw the reviews for Surge Bikes and visited the shop in early April, happy to make the hour drive down from Surrey. Would describe them as excellent. Saw Matt who discussed my requirements and type of riding I would be doing, the level of motor assistance required, range required and size of frame. After our discussion we agreed on the Haibike Trekking 6 High XXL frame size which they had the 2022 model in stock. They were happy to make up the bike and agreed time to test ride around their car park. All the controls and functions were explained in detail, future service requirements and expectation on life of the chain. Very impressed and bought bike immediately plus a small mini tool Blackburn Tradesman, a water bottle was thrown in free. Very relaxed experience no pressure to buy simply excellent professional advice, all staff I met were very friendly and good cup of fresh ground coffee gratefully received.

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Bought a Tern Cargo bike and was supported extremely well by Matt who helped me decide on the right accessories and right bike model. I like how it feels more bespoke than just buying one straight off the website. 10% free accessories was amazing, and meant I had £500 to spend on child seats, locks, and other bits. It was dropped off by Surge and not a third party courier company, which meant we had a great demo when it arrived. Thanks so much
