My daughter has just started goalkeeper coaching and as SX supplied there uniforms we asked if they could supply her with balls cones and markers which they supplied and had ready for collection for us with in days great service from a friendly company.

Pretty poor experience. Ordered a water bottle that was In Stock on the website. Had to get the basket to £15 before I could Checkout, so added a cheap pair of socks. 2 days later PayPal advises I've been refunded for the price of the water bottle. As that was the only thing I actually wanted, I immediately emailed the contact address [email protected] asking if the refund was for the bottle, and if so could they cancel the entire order. I also sent the same via the Contact page on the website. No response, and 3 days later the socks turn up on the post. £11 (as postage was additional £5) for an unwanted pair of socks, and no water bottle, and no communication. Won't use again.

Edit after the response from SX Sports: thanks, I appreciate the refund of the postage amount and the response. I wish you'd responded to the email or Contact page message as quickly as you have to this - and if they're not being checked then remove them.

Excellent customer service from the team at SX Sports. I called once I'd placed the order to see if the kit could be rushed through once it arrived for the team's first match. Sure enough it was a speedy process and finalised ahead of the scheudeld date! Thank you!
