Amazing Place for BMW Lovers and just curious and wanting to look at the Awesome Types of cars, Staff will approach you just to ask if you need help with anything, Very friendly if you're just looking, Alot more for sale upstairs and I went in the other day, They had sooo many awesome cars. 10/10 Dealership. I brought my BMW 330e (2021) into the service center in December for a windshield washer reservoir leak repair and i am under warranty. Despite specifically requesting a loan car when booking the appointment, none was available upon arrival, and my appointment was rescheduled for January.

During my January visit, the service team failed to identify the issue but still charged me £125 for an inspection. When I collected my car, I immediately demonstrated to the service agent that the windshield washer was still not working. The agent apologized and scheduled another appointment for February, at which point the issue was finally resolved.

However, upon collecting my car, the next day I have discovered a dent on the left side that was not there when I dropped it off. I immediately raised this concern the next day and requested walk around footage to determine responsibility. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any response regarding this matter.

Additionally, despite my vehicle being under warranty, I have yet to receive a refund for the £125 inspection charge, even though the issue was ultimately confirmed and repaired under warranty.

Today, I contacted the service center again regarding the refund. I was assured that a manager would call me back, no one called me back, no one has responded to my emails, nor have I received any updates.
This is Just incredible and we are in UK.

I bought a M3 only few months ago for £67k paid really strong money for it.
Only done 2k since buying it only to realise all 4 tyres 🛞 need to be replaced after only 2k miles I would recommend people buying from the dealership to make sure they have a proper look before they buy cars from them really been let down will never be going or sending anyone back to them a total scam they are.

I have had to pay £1100 for 4 new tyres it is totally out of order for them to be selling vehicles like that time to name and shame them take them to they are just scammers after your money.
I looked at other people reviews who have been in the same situation.

Stay well away from this dealership.

Keep well away will be going to trading standards see if the can help anyone can make fake records to say it was fine when it left.

Shocking service. After bringing the car in and pay £650 repair, which didn’t solve the problem cause the turbo needs changing, they did the other repairs even knowing that the big problem wasn’t gonna be solved. But that’s not the shocking bit, the shocking part is that when we went to sell the car the day after to a car dealer and we opened the bonet, THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING.
But wait cause it gets even better…. We rang them (at the 4th time trying to contact them in 2 days, someone called James said he will call but never did) and when we get hold of someone called Mark who makes different calls to find out what happened and for our surprise says that… THE ENGINE COVER IS IN THE BOOT OF THE CAR!!!! See the photos because I think this is one of the most bizarre things ever happened to me with a car repair. Almost felt like scammed by a dodgy garage rather than the premium BMW service. SHOCKING

I recently had to have some accident damage repaired and was recommended the bodywork team at Sytner Wycombe. In short, I'm very glad I did.

From the opening conversation with Carl and his team (which includes Jack, Greg and Terry also) it was clear I was in good hands. Carl talked me through the SytnerDrive process, which I have to say went off without a hitch. This was in no small part because both Carl and Jack literally and figuratively went way out of their way to come to me to inspect the damage, collect the car, deliver a courtesy car and return my car after the work had been completed. Outstanding customer care.

As for the car itself, this whole process from first talking with Carl to taking delivery of my fixed car took a little over a week. Insurance repair is normally measured in geological time frames so to have the car back so quickly was astonishing. I was offered a great price to have the wheels reconditioned whilst the repair work was being carried out so the car really came back as good as new.

I can't stress enough how much care and attention was shown by the team at Sytner Bodyshop High Wycombe. It's only a car when all said and done, but it's my car and it was clear that this was as important to the team as it was to me. You can't really ask for more can you?

A flawless experience for me with special thanks to Carl and Jack and also a wider shout out for the whole team, including Greg and Terry. You can trust these gentlemen to deliver the sort of service you'd design yourself.

Following someone taking out my wing mirror and consequently damaging my drivers side window as well, Syntner were able to quote for the damage the day I called them. The parts were available the day after I’d agreed for the work to be done, the car booked in and repaired a few days later. Carl was extremely helpful with advice and support throughout the process. Greg was very helpful as well. I can’t thank them both enough for their friendly approach and assistance in getting my car repaired and back on the road in a matter of days. Excellent service.
