The fitters arrived and couldn't have been more efficient super helpful and so I disappeared and left them to it ..came back and they had finished..excellent job and 5* employees ..recommend TCM and will be back for bedroom carpet

Great service from start to finish. We were helped in the shop by knowledgable staff who could answer our questions. The house survey was thorough. The proposal met our needs with a competitive price. And the fitter was an absolute hero, friendly, very skilled and willing to respond to comments and questions - all fuelled by a constant supply of our coffee!

Had TCM fit the whole of our upstairs with new carpet and both me and my wife are over the moon with the finished result. Fantastic on price and highly professional service throughout it felt like Tom and his team couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy from start to finish, fitting over 2 days to suit us, helping to move furniture around and vacuuming when they finished. Will be recommending TCM to everybody I know.

Very friendly and helpful in TCM carpets, they helped us choose out the right carpet for us, also very affordable.
Fantastic service from Aron and Glen who fitted our carpets. They were efficient and professional, super happy with our new carpets. Definitely recommend.

Im posting this for my mother who was thrilled with the service from TCM. "TCM fitted my kitchen with flooring well over a year ago to a very high standard. Recently one of the metal strips had come unstuck so I went back to explain and within a day, two members of staff fixed the problem for me. They were polite, efficient and there was no charge! The original job was very high standard and the service I recently received was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company."

Just had some extensive work carried out, including stair carpet and landing area and Karndean flooring throughout the kitchen and utility area. Tom and the team at TCM are very helpful and there is a great choice of product. Pricing is good and I prefer to buy local if I can. The work was carried out on time, very efficiently, the house was left clean and tidy. The overall look is very pleasing. There was very minor snagging post completion and this was dealt with without fuss and very quickly. The overall experience has been very good and I would use them again.

Gosh, it’s like walking into a Tardis. Room after room filled with carpets, rugs, vinyls, wood and stone effects flooring.
Everything I’d been looking for all under one enormous roof.
So helpful with costs, suggestions and alternatives.
I’ve come away with a fitted carpet that’s about to delivered. Plus 2 custom made rugs that I will be ordering once I have my correct sizes.

Excellent customer service. Following a poor experience with another company we choose TCM.
Bedroom carpets fitted by professional, polite Glen & Aaron who did a fabulous job, including moving furniture & cleaning up afterwards.
