I tried to bring my bike inside because there is nowhere outside to lock it to and was met by a barrage of gibberish interspersed with the words "bike", "get out" and "CCTV". I could not get a word in to explain and I had to leave.

From now on I will be going out of my way to make sure this store does not get my custom.

Unfortunately, my experience with this local grocery store has been very disappointing. The owner is consistently rude, barely makes eye contact, and seems more interested in being on his phone than helping customers. The service is painfully slow, and the atmosphere feels uncomfortable overall. I recently dropped off a UPS package, and the owner carelessly threw it into the bag without a second thought, which left me worried about its condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value good service or respect as a customer.

I Use this shop every day for my parcels, sending and incoming deliveries, (I have a lot!) they couldn’t be more helpful. I’ve never lost a parcel with them, they’re really thorough. They have all delivery options it’s so convenient to use! Yodel inpost dpd evri and ups. 🌟

This is the best shop in the St Marks area. Good selection and the hermes drop off service is great. Helpful and friendly staff. Don't both with the post office shop down the road.

Only negative about this shop is the cash machine charges for withdrawals!

really poor costumer service, The owner is Very belittling to costumers, slow to serve always on his phone no eye contact , very unpleasant atmosphere…. there is near by Express Tesco with evri point next to train station- much nicer service !! exhaust using this point finding That Tesco Express provide Evri Service Free me from experiencing ever again rudeness of this Tennyson Mini Mart owner. Also food produce is very poor not fresh and often out of date!! WARNING!!
