1 of the pumps was faulty , it did not accept Tesco card or payment card, it happens often on this first fuel station, sometimes customer after I try everything is okay

Petrol prices competitive. Good range of fresh, chilled and frozen produce. Good range of snacks, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits, and friendly staff.

Just been into get filled up with Fuel,
Machine wasn't set to work by the checkout,
Lady was waiting behind me, went in to ask,was told someone's coming out to See to it'? I waited for five minutes, the forecourt wasn't particularly busy, nobody came out?
So I just drove off and went to ESSO,
At least you get Service There,
Useless lot at TESCO

This probably isn’t the first time that Gary and his staff have had a negative review regarding in store service.
4th visit today to post 2 EVRI parcels and been told whilst in the queue that “we’re not doing parcels”.
Not an apology, or reason given…just a straight “we’re not doing parcels”.

After asking to speak with a manager to enquire as to why, Gary, in his passive aggressive tone, just said “because we are full”. His tone and demeaner was incredibly negative. I feel sorry for the staff working in an atmosphere like that in Tesco at Brayton. What a rude little man.

The Westbourne convenience store, a mile away, had no problem taking my 2 next day delivery parcels.
I have spent £2700 at Tescos since January, but they won’t be getting any more of my cash.

Why state that the shop closes at 9pm when at 8.55pm i was not allowed to enter, and a lady was stood at the locked door saying the gentlemen at the till was the last to be served. Either you are open until 9pm or you are not. I will gladly take my business elsewhere until you can find staff that are willing to work what they contractually agree to.

Avoid! the fuel is expensive, not all the pumps are operational, EVER! The staff are slow and rude. During a lunch time rush, 5 staff on, 1 sat at a desk (sure that can wait 10 mins to clear the customers down) , 2 staff stacking ONE shelf (I'm sure that one person can put bread on a shelf unsupervised.), two behind the counter serving with 18 people in the queue. the 3 just look over at the queue and smirk!!! This is my closest fuel station and used it for years but from now on I will travel further on purpose as i cannot tolerate this pathetic level of service.

One of only a few petrol stations in Selby, so does get very busy. The shop is useful for essentials, but parking can be a bit hit and miss when everyone is queuing for fuel. Staff are great and do their best to keep things moving.

I would just like to give recognition to one of Tesco's (petrol station on Doncaster Road)young men Sebastian, he is an amazing credit to the company, he's polite, helpful & speaks to people as a proper tesco employee. Please make sure he does get the recognition for this review.
